Exchanges Only

  • We accept exchanges only, no refunds.

  • Exchanges must be requested within 7 days from the purchase date.

  • To qualify for an exchange, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

No Returns or Refunds

  • We do not offer returns, refunds, or cancellations once an order is placed.

  • Sale items, custom cuts, and promotional offers are non-exchangeable.

How to Request an Exchange

  1. Email our support team within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Include your order number, reason for exchange, and item details.

  3. Once approved, you’ll receive instructions for returning the product for exchange.

  4. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll promptly resolve the issue.
